These days the Diesel Engines have become more popular not just for your typical WORK TRUCK - VAN but for the typical FAMILY RUNABOUT & ADVENTURE - OFF ROAD - 4WD VEHICLE.
Most of the Late Model Diesels are typically Alloy & are either TURBO or SUPER CHARGED or both. The capacity of these engines are generally getting smaller so the TURBOS & SUPER CHARGERS are being used to create heaps of Torque from these engines but due to this & the High Compressions of a Diesel Engine they do suffer some issues including OVERHEATING - BLOWING HEAD GASKETS - CRACKING - WARPING – CORRODING sometimes prematurely. Bending Valves from T/belt failure is another reason these heads are removed & most of the time it is from lack of servicing. One of the biggest issues we are seeing these engines is they suffer from EXCESSIVE CARBON BUILD UP in the Inlet Manifold & Ports due to the strict Carbon Emission Controls. We have an ULTRA SONIC BATH so we can Ultra Sonic clean your parts & remove the Excessive Carbon build up if required. We are still seeing a lot of the Cast iron Diesel Cylinder Heads which we can recondition or replace with a NEW CYLINDER HEAD KIT. We have a great range of NEW DIESEL CYLINDER HEAD KITS which inc NEW CYLINDER HEAD – NEW VALVES – VRS GASKET SET – HEAD BOLTS.
